FAQ

How do I place an order?

To order any of our prodcuts, simply click on item, choose your nic* and add items to cart. You can then continue or shopping or checkout. If you are a registered customer, please sign in. If you are not, you can sign up by clicking on “CREATE AN ACCOUNT”. You can also place an order as a guest (without registration) by clicking on “CONTINUE WITHOUT REGISTRATION”. Upon check out, please check the items you have added to cart, and enter shipping details before going into payment options. If you have a PROMO CODE or VOUCHER, please submit them in the appropiate form field. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Payment and Shipping

Currently we only ship and sell only in Indonesia.  For international orders and shipping arrangements, please use the Contact Us form and we will get back to you shortly. For all international orders, the items will be in Chubby gorilla bottles; as to ensure safety of the packages.

Returns & Refunds

After a purchase, for any reason of return or refunds, please do contact us immediately.  Upon receiving the item, please video the unboxing in case there are any broken or damaged bottles and we will replace them.  If you would like to change the quantity order or item type, please contact us before we send the products to you. However, if there problems with customs in your country, that will be borne by the buyer.  Thank you.
